Lorenzi Group’s commitment to data protection
Protecting the security and privacy of personal data is important to Lorenzi Group, and we act in accordance with the laws currently in force regarding the protection and security of personal data. We trust that the rules below will help you to understand what kind of data Lorenzi Group collects, how we use and safeguard it, and with whom we share it.
Lorenzi Group does not collect any personal data (e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) through its websites, unless you voluntarily consent to provide it (e.g. by registering on the website or taking a survey). Any consent can be revoked at any time. You will be entitled to exercise your rights under Art. 15 et seq. of EU Regulation No. 2016/679.
Purpose of processing
When you provide us with your personal data, we use it to answer a question from you, process an order from you or give you access to specific information or offers. In addition, to maintain our relationship with you, to contact you about Lorenzi Group offers that meet your needs or to better understand our customers’ needs.

Lorenzi Group will not collect “sensitive” data under any circumstances.

Data relating to Use or Communication
When using telecommunication services that allow you to access our website, data related to the type of communication (e.g., internet protocol addresses) or use (e.g., information about the beginning, end and duration of each access, and information about the telecommunication services to which you are connected) generated technically could reasonably be related to personal data. The collection and processing of such data will only take place when necessary and will in any case be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Automatic collection of non-personal data
When you access our websites, our system automatically (even without registering) collects certain information that, however, does not lead to personal identification (e.g. type of internet browser and operating system used; domain of the website from which you arrived at the Lorenzi Group website; number of visits to the site, average time spent on the site, pages visited, etc.). This data may be used by us to monitor the attractiveness of our sites and improve their performance or content.
“Cookies” – Information stored automatically on your PC

Lorenzi Group is in no way responsible for the content of websites that users may access through its own site. The existence of a Hyperlink to another site does not therefore imply approval or acceptance of responsibility on the part of Lorenzi Group for the content of the new site that is accessed, including in relation to the policy adopted for the treatment of personal data and its use.
